Had them move and replace felt. Robert was very communicative and helpful in setting everything up as well as explaining things I needed to know. Made sure there would be enough time for possible extras as well. Good service. Jose the technician and his assistant were easy to talk to and did their work diligently. I had a new tip put on my cue by Robert today and it was a very pleasant experience. There was a variety of tips to choose from and it was cool to watch him do the repair.
